This program focuses on two key aspects: Scrum Mastery and Project Management. Prerequisites: Proficiency in using Windows or Mac operating systems Customer service experience Project management experience Proficiency in utilising a search engine to search for entry level jobs High School diploma or equivalent Basic understanding of Cloud Engineering Virtual communication skills Phase 1- Professional exam preparations Overview of the Scrum Guide Definition and understand of the terms found within the Scrum Guide Questions and answers sessions Final exam Duration: 4 weeks Expectations: Pass the PSM and earn the Title of a Professional Scrum Master awarded by Scrum.Org Phase 2 - Hands On Practice Hands-on practice around all the Scrum tools and real life applications built as a Scrum master. Real Scrum master production application build with tools usage. Experience around some software development life cycle. Exposure facilitating the entire ceremonies for each sprint of the application build. Learning how to use Jira for ticket management. Learning how to apply project management skills as a Scrum Master. Create a project Sprint utilising the skills learned in Jira. Duration : 3 Weeks Expectation : Prepared to take on the role as a Scrum Master and understand the day to day of a Scrum Master. Earn the ZICT Scrum Master completion certification.
